The Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University( VMSU ), was established in the year 2008 by an ACT ( No. 11 of 2008 ) of State Assembly pased by Government of Sikkim and was subsequently notified by the Govt. of Sikkim gazette.
Our Courses
B.Sc. (IT)
It is the three year full time course to introduce the concepts of Computer Application.
- Eligibility: A Candidate applying for the B.Sc(IT) Programme should have passed 10+2 examination with Science (OR) Arts.
- Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
Ph. D
There have been regular inquiries for Ph.D. Programmes in the University. Apart from teaching and add-on short term training programs, the centre in consultation.
- Eligibility: P.G in Relevant Fields (With Minimum 55% Marks)
Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA)
It is the three year full time course to introduce the concepts of Computer Application.
- Eligibility: A Candidate applying for the BCA Programme should have passed 10+2 examination with Science (OR) Arts.
- Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
- Eligibility: Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination in any stream
- Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
B.Sc Nursing
A pass in 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) and English with 45% marks aggregate is eligible. Open School passed out students are not allowed. Relaxation in marks is allowed to SC/ST students as per INC norms.
- Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)
General Nursing & Midwifery (G.N.M ) are 3 Years Course
- Eligibility: 1. Higher Secondary 10+2 Examination passed or equivalent with 40% marks in total (Arts / Science / Commerce).
- Duration: Semesters-Wise (Three Years)
